Fini l'enregistrement de l'album aux U.S.A., finie la tournée #1, oubliés Raggamuffin, This World et Mommy !
Voici le temps des Won't go for more, Fear nothing and Daddy.
Ces titres tout nouveaux apparaîtront à coup sûr dans la tracklist du nouvel album qui sortira, selon toute vraisemblance, en février 2015.

Selah revient donc nous voir et débute ce nouveau tour en France ce lundi 13 octobre à la Gaîté lyrique, en plein coeur de Paris (elle s'y produira deux soirs d'affilée), et j'aurais envie de fêter ça de plusieurs façons différentes.

Tout d'abord, en relatant ici l'expérience relativement étrange que j'ai pu vivre en live au concert de Lauryn Hill ce 13 septembre, au Zénith de Paris ? C'est à propos de Selah et de Lauryn... mais non, je n'en dirai pas plus pour le moment. Héhé.

Ou alors pourrais-je raconter en détail l'effet que ça fait d'entrer dans cet endroit, de le visiter et d'y rencontrer des gens ?

Ou bien encore pourquoi, malgré l'opportunité qui m'a été donné d'assister au concert ultra-privé du W9 home festival le mois dernier, j'ai décidé de ne pas me rendre à Paris.

Et bien non, aujourd'hui je vais juste vous laisser profiter de ce document assez rare, diffusé sur la télévision flamande il y a presque 2 ans. Si le contenu vous est inconnu alors je vous souhaite une bonne découverte... et je l'espère, une belle tournée.

Inspiratie and news

This slam is broadcasted since a few days on Studio Brussel. Text is fascinating and very inspiring to me. It's very hip hop/slam/ambient/jazzy and if you are a bit into Sanne tastes, you could also like it.

By the way, you have a few weeks to wait and find out a new Selah feature on the new album of electro-rock belgian band The Subs. Their new single is about the Concorde, old retired plane, with the help of Jean-Pierre Castaldi, french actor. That's very funny when you know that Castaldi was also Fort Boyard presenter a few years ago. But they chose him better because his voice, I think.

Also, it's sad to learn that this morning, two KU Leuven students passed away this morning because of a serious fire that started at a students home. As you know, Sanne Putseys was also a student of the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, spending a few monthes there.

Black and white news are unfortunately both part of life.
