This hundredth post will make us remind that, not so long time ago, Selah Sue used to do concerts all over the world. Not so far from France.

Tonight, Selah Sue gave a concert in Budapest, Hungary.
She told this afternoon that it was "(their) very last show".
OK.

But I can't believe this.
I can't believe that this show is dead.


I can't believe that this typical setlist [2010-2013] could die tonight.

And how long until I could take new pictures with the combo flower/hat/glasses on again ?

Will the second (real) batch of concerts give the same talented people on stage ?

Is it planned that the three bandeaux will be thrown to the fire ?

Will the fan be powered on again one day ?

If in 2013, Selah Sue has done new countries, done again lot of other ones, namely Argentina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Hungary, Japan, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, and U.S.A., look attentively at this list of countries again.
I did it again and again. You'll realize like me that...

France doesn't take part of this list.

Je n'ai assisté à aucun live de Selah Sue en 2013.
Question: est-ce qu'une année tout entière sans Selah Sue est envisageable ?
Réponse: je crains bien que non. Mentalement impossible.
C'est bien trop dur et frustrant de voir passer les dates, sans qu'aucune ne concerne la France.
Et même si un concert était prévu à Paris ce 10 août dernier, ce n'était que la retransmission d'un ancien concert sur écran géant... Fausse joie.


Et parce qu'en cherchant aussi un concert de Selah Sue à Paris, on tombera très vite sur la vérité.

Then you would give me the answer that you decided to give a final 2013 gig in Rijsel, which would be a very nice choice.
A final meeting together for 2013.
Some acoustic, some oldies - some electronic, some new sounds.
The perfect transition...

Just before adulthood will take place for good.

Hmmm, she actually won't play football but stay into music. And that's a good thing.

東京でセラ·スー！

On august 10th, Selah Sue (along with her musicians, I'm wishing them) will touch the East Asia ground for the first time !

She'll take part of the SummerSonic 2013 in Tokyo (Japan) which welcomes... more than 100 bands (!) on 7 stages. The festival stands also in Osaka but Selah Sue hasn't been invited to play twice.

Worldwide big names and japanese bands/singers are invited: Metallica, Muse, Stereophonics, Pet Shop Boys... Even M.I.A. (who had some impact on Selah's music) is being present the same day on Sonic Stage while Selah Sue will perform on Garden Stage.

Her introduction on the official festival website says that "[she] was an ordinary girl that had dreamed of becoming a ballerina in the future": I don't know where they found that she chose this early destiny, but they did!

But I think the main thing to know about this first trip to Asia is that Japanese are going to experience the magic of セラ·スー ...

On june 18th, 2013, she is back in the same place for a full-band show.

A chance for a few hundreds of Réunionnais to attend a new Selah Sue show ! But...

Sakifo, it is "What you need", in "créole réunionnais", french patois of La Réunion.
Sakifo, it is about 25°-27° with some kind of hot rain (when it does).

Sakifo, it is a boules pitch, a beach soccer pitch and tennis courts located just near to the main stages.
